Demera is focused on forging educational and professional pathways for Ethiopian students. With an eye on the shifting demands of the global economy and labor market, we partner with public higher education institutions to enhance their capabilities. Our strategy includes offering virtual training and certification to develop the tech skills crucial for success in the industry, while also helping these institutions build the necessary infrastructure to implement our programs effectively.
We are particularly attentive to leveling the playing field for women and differently-abled individuals, actively seeking to correct educational imbalances and promote inclusivity.Our mission encompasses a comprehensive plan for nurturing tech professionals, bolstering career paths, and fostering entrepreneurship within the tech sector. This is achieved through our startup incubation program designed to translate education into economic opportunity and partnership with IT firms, active in the global tech market.At Demera, we are committed to improving the technological skill set of Ethiopia’s workforce, with the ultimate goal of contributing to the nation's socio-economic progress.
